Job Description

- Coordinate both internal and external audits, ensuring effective communication between technical teams and auditors.
- Prepare control-based audit responses, aligning with industry-recognized security frameworks to maintain organizational audit readiness.
- Recommend changes to the global risk framework program, identifying key risks and critical controls, and evaluating control design adequacy.
- Perform control testing based on audit program directions, documenting work performed and facilitating an efficient review process.
- Collaborate with the Information Security team to supervise and report audit findings and observations, ensuring compliance requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain security documentation, including procedures and programs aligned with corporate policies and industry standards.
- BA/BS (Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, etc.) or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Must have some auditing experience
- Use and grasp technical concepts, application security, software, and system development lifecycle!
- Apply data protection (encryption, access control, database storage, etc.)
- Ability to understand penetration testing, vulnerability and intrusion detection/prevention, network segmentation and related practices.
- Proficient of information security standards and regulations (GDPR, CCPA, SOX, SOC2, PCI, ISO, HITRUST frameworks, etc.), and compliance processes.
- CISA / CISM Certification a plus!
- Must be located in EST, CST, MT time zones.
