What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional service to both internal and external members through various communication channels
- Process transactions and member requests accurately and in a timely manner
- Identify member needs and cross-sell appropriate products and services
- Participate in performance development and coaching sessions
- Make process improvement recommendations to enhance operational efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months experience in call center, banking, or retail customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in PC skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Spanish speaking proficiency is a plus
