      • Position Summary
        • Responsible for providing front desk and Medical Center directional assistance. Greets and assists guests as applicable. Directs incoming guest and telephone calls to appropriate designations. Assists in training volunteer staff.

          • Maintains and relays available patient information at front desk in accordance to department policy.

          • Assists in training volunteer staff.
          • Provides complimentary beverages to guests in designated waiting areas.
