  Job Description:

  Airbus Helicopters is looking for a TRAINING Product Manager (f/m) to join our Spares MRO (Maintenance Repair & Overhaul) Training Product Service Line inside Information Management (IM) Directorate based in Marignane, France .

  You will be part of a team developing solutions for Spares MRO and Training business. As part of the Spares MRO Training team, you will be involved in product management activities aiming at easing/developping Training business.

  Your challenges:

  ● Manages following scope (main activities, IM products, IM services) of activities:

  • To be the IM focal point for Training Business

  • To ensure technical and functional consistency of 1 or n portfolios of business products:

  • 1) Lead on Training homemade products:

  • ASPIC (lead)

  • ADF (lead)

  • ACCE (lead)

  • AGDM (lead)

  • 2) Contribution on Cots/SaaS used by Training business:
    Visual Planning (contribution)
    Learning Management System (contribution)
    Salesforce (contribution)
    

  • Manage modularization/modernization roadmap for homemade products and integration with above mentioned Cots/Saas according to target defined following reintegration inside Airbus Helicopters of previous dedicated entity dedicated to training services

  • To be the technical lead (Technology specialist) on those products and manage these platforms assets (housekeeping, best practices check etc.)

  • To ensure project technical delivery (make or buy)

  • Potentially be IMPL for new projects on product

  • To drive AMS for 1 or n business functions

  ● Ensure following responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the End to End Product lifecycle, from conception, design, industrialization, operation and retirement.

  • Responsible for Multi-Functional Team formation in order to manage the IT Product lifecycle, both developing the products and operating them to meet operational Service Level Agreements

  • Defines the product and service (line) strategy and manage the product and service (line) life cycle from idea to retirement.

  • Continuously realigns the targets using Key Value Metrics on the business value delivered by the product and service (line) to the customers and consumers.

  • Ensures that the known Product Vision is translated into a prioritized Product Backlog in alignment with the business product owner.

  • Advocates the product and service (line) to customers and leads communication efforts toward consumers if appropriate.

  • Works effectively with a self-organized team to identify opportunities and create a product that satisfies the customer including Time, Quality and Cost of the Product.

  Your profile:

  • Between 5 and 10 years of experience on Product Management

  • Positive experience on medium / complex WEB product management

  • Good knowledge of WEB technologies and related development frameworks especially Angular / Node JS (target technology)

  • Knowledge of PHP (today technology for the homemade training tools) is highly appreciated

  • Good knowledge of WEB solutions architecture is highly appreciated

  • Partner & Subcontractor Management, stakeholders Management, Customers expectations & needs

  • IT & Business Strategy Alignment, IT Product Design, IT Product Design, IT Product Development

  • Agile for Project Mgnt, Programme / Project Portfolio Control, Product/Service Planning

  • Documentation Production, Service Level Management, Change Support

  • Training process knowledge (PART147) is highly appreciated

  • Salesforce / SAP knowledge/experience could be a plus

  • Good team spirit and Customer orientation

  • Good English level
