Team OverviewThe Information Registry is a centralised team responsible for coordinating and managing Ofcom's information gathering activities. We provide operational support to Ofocm’s project teams, manage stakeholder relationships, monitor compliance with requests for information, and work closely with the wider Enforcement team when non-compliance arises.
The Information Registry is part of Ofcom’s Enforcement team, which plays a critical role in ensuring that the regulation and policy we put in place to protect consumers and citizens is effective. The Enforcement team works with teams across Ofcom to establish rules and monitor stakeholder adherence to regulatory requirements across the telecommunications, postal and broadcasting sectors. We take action as needed to deal with non-compliance, including through formal investigations and issuing substantial financial penalties.
We are currently ramping up our capability to support Ofcom’s new responsibilities to protect UK users from harmful content online.

You will work as part of the Information Registry helping to coordinate and manage Ofcom’s information gathering activities, engaging with project teams and external stakeholders, supporting our strategic projects as well as supporting enforcement casework where non-compliance arises.
