      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage the team responsible for preventing, detecting, and responding to cyber threats across all systems
      - Implement and maintain logging and monitoring tools to ensure data and system security
      - Participate and lead internal and external audits including PCI, SOC2, ISO-27001, and HITRUST
      - Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning and execution
      - Investigate and resolve security incidents, providing expertise to cross-functional teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS degree and/or security-specific certifications preferred, with a focus on auditing-related experience
      - In-depth experience with SIEM, Endpoint Protection, Data Loss Prevention, and Cloud Security management
      - Previous responsibility in managing security vendors and budgets
      - Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle technical risks effectively
      - Experience supporting SOC, ISO, PCI, and HITRUST compliance programs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Interest in SaaS Cyber Security/SecOps roles
      - Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across all business functions
      - Previous work in vulnerability management programs and patch management
      - Technical and professional leadership experience, including guidance and training for others
      - Ability to perform well under pressure and follow directives in emergency situations
