What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct in-depth cybersecurity and access management assessments for large-scale IT systems
- Collaborate with IT business partners to implement identity and access management processes in line with cybersecurity policies
- Provide end-to-end support to ensure effective execution of identity and access management controls
- Assist in overseeing and developing less senior team members in the work group
- Facilitate ongoing reporting and escalation of emerging threats to enhance information security
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Information Security OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Information Security
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Proven experience in identity and access management within a regulatory environment
- Familiarity with NIST and COBIT frameworks
- Knowledge of application security management across various platforms (Mainframe, Windows, Linux/Unix, etc.)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- IT or Cybersecurity experience in a heavily regulated organization, preferably banking
- Basic programming, data analytics, and reporting skills
- General understanding of various application security management platforms
