- A professional with experience in CMMC/Export Compliance Regulations, ISO, Cybersecurity, and Data Security
- You'll play a crucial role in helping develop, implement, and manage Syensqo’s CMMC program
- You'll provide training and oversight on storing, classifying, and marking sensitive documents under the CMMC and Export Control Regulations
- Serve as the Business Expert and Focal Point for CMMC Compliance
- Serve as the CUI/Export Control ‘librarian’ - Work with employees to store CUI and Export Controlled information in compliant systems. Drive cleanup and Archive programs on File Servers and Cloud Systems
- Ensure compliance with CMMC Controls. Drive Business Security Policies and Procedures related to CMMC and Export Compliance.
- Manage external CMMC Support Resources as necessary
- Serve as Primary link between DoD, Customers, Syensqo Employees, Export Compliance, and Internal IT on CMMC Compliance
- Coordinate annual Compliance security reviews within the Business Manufacturing Plants
- Implement and Manage the Business Document Marking and Handling Program
- Refresh Training and develop relevant ‘reminder’ communications on compliance
- Work with the IT Department to implement compliant systems, controls, and processes that protect CUI and Export Controlled Data
- Develop a Comprehensive, long-term strategy for Sensitive Document Management and Classification
- Strong leadership support
- High potential for growth in a global multi-business unit environment
- 6+ years of experience executing cybersecurity assessments and audits against common industry frameworks, including CMMC, FedRamp,and NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53
- Degree in Computers Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience is acceptable
- Preferred experience with Document Marking and Data Classification of Confidential, CUI, and Export Controlled Information
- Preferred familiarity with ISO Certification Process (ie 27001, 9001, etc)
- Ability to work independently and influence change
- Must be knowledgeable of applicable military, commercial, and international documentation standards.
- Must know how to use computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail
- Document Marking and classification applications are nice to have
- Experience with effective program/project portfolio management standards, tools and techniques
- Experience working in a matrixed operating model and managing multiple stakeholders in IT and Business
- Ability to perform tasks under work deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills, good reasoning, and problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills
- The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $119,000 to $149,000 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
