What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage relationships for assigned clients, ensuring successful onboarding and implementation
- Perform risk management to minimize churn and increase customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal resources and vendors for project execution
- Drive profitability through successful portfolio management and revenue expansion
- Own all aspects of a customer's simulated phishing defense program
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in threat management analytics
- Previous experience in customer support or technical account management
- CISSP, Security+, or PMP certification a plus
- Experience with Information Security and Program Management
