      Job Title- Information Security Specialist, AVP

      Location- Pune, India

      Role Description

      Are you interested in starting a career in Information Security in TDI CSO Information Security & Production Services?

      • As “Identity & Access Recertification Data Quality Information Security Specialist” you will be part of Access Recertification Solutions Team managing the Application, Infrasturcture and Unstructured Data Access Recertification platforms. You will part of our global team managing 10+ millions access rights covering Access Recertification services for all DB staff worldwide.

      • All staff (employee and contingent workforce) of Deutsche Bank must only have access to the applications they need for their work, based on the need to know and least privilege principle. For this reason, the access rights to all applications must be reviewed regularly according to their criticality - this process is called access recertification. Process covers both periodic and events triggered based recertification cycles.

      • You will gain insights into the complete Identity & Access Management lifecycle as you will learn about and roles and entitlements and their set up, segregation of duties, application authentication and authorization process. Additionally you will have the chance to get involved in testing and improving one of the most complex projects of changing IAM technical platform and migrate it to Google Cloud platform.

      Your key responsibilities

      In your role as a Data Quality Specialist your main responsibilities will include:

      • Review/coordinate team activity on specific work streams and/or engagements/projects
      • Provide support and guidance to colleagues
      • Data feeds monitoring for Recertification platforms, follow up with the relevant stakeholders for remediation of issue identified
      • End to end completion of Feed Completion and Correctness process
      • Prepare periodic data quality reports.
      • Monitor and timely manage emails, tickets (ServiceNow)
      • Update & maintain Data Quality documentation (eg: KBs, mydb articles, KOPs, training materials)
      • Support adhoc reports and audit related activities
      • Monitor and test implementation of relevant functionalities in to the new IAM platform
      • Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of our processes and tools
      • Efficiently engage, manage and influence the main stakeholders
      • Provide process improvement inputs to various stakeholders involved
      • Proactively seek ways to improve upon existing practices and processes. Display insight and ability in identifying issues and develop successful solutions
      • Report and escalate potential risks to the management to help avoid / minimize the impact
      • Work with multiple, distributed teams (across different locations)
      • Support develop key operational procedures where necessary and ensure adherence to all such defined policies

      Your skills and experience

      • Minimum 10 years working experience.
      • Minimum 3 years in Cybersecurity related fields.


      We are looking for motivated candidates who show us:

      Required Experience/ Exposure:

      • Very good background with MS Office, particularly MS Excel
      • Very good IAM knowledge and relevant IAM experience on processes and tools, particularly around Access Management and Authorization & Authentication
      • Experience with IT Governance and IT Service Management.
      • Relevant SQL knowledge / ETL background;
      • Basics of Database admin
      • Basics of Active Directory
      • Experience with at least one of analytics, data quality or reporting, and basic understanding of each of them
      • Experience working with big volumes of data.
      • Basic Cloud concepts, particularly valued Google Cloud and MS Azure Cloud.
      • Basic knowledge on IT and/or willingness to work with industry best practices, frameworks, standards like COBIT5, ITIL, ISO27001.
      • Generic Information Security concepts
      • Experience in global teams and multicultural environments

      Always a plus:

      • Experience with Risk & Control or IT Delivery Management, IT Project Management related topics
      • Database administration skills/experience
      • Privileged access management processes and tools (eg: cyberark, powerbroker).
      • Scripting (phyton, VBA, unix shell script, power shell, etc).
      • Unix basic concepts
      • Experience with tools: ServiceNow, HP-ALM, Sharepoint, Confluence, Jira
      • Experience with IT Audit
      • Experience with Banking/Financial area (ideally including regulatory requirements).

      Education/ Qualifications

      • Academic degree or comparable qualification, preferable in Information Technology / Information Security or another technical related area

      • Relevant certifications: ISO 27001, CISSP, ITIL, COBIT5, PMP or similar.
