Der Bereich Group Chief Security Office (CSO) verantwortet sowohl die physische Sicherheit als auch den Schutz der Informationen der Deutschen Bank. Wir müssen jeden Tag auf neue Bedrohungen reagieren, die den Geschäftsbetrieb der Bank beeinträchtigen können. Gemeinsam schützen wir die Mitarbeiter, Infrastruktur, Prozesse und Informationen der Bank. CSO umfasst die beiden Bereiche Chief Information Security Office (CISO) und Corporate Security (CS).

Das Team “Training & Awareness” im Chief Information Security Office ist für die Bereitstellung global konsistenter, zielgerichteter und hilfreicher Informationen, Kommunikation und Trainings rund um das Thema der physischen Sicherheit und er Informationssicherheit bei der Deutsche Bank verantwortlich.

Die Aufgabenvielfalt umfasst die Planung und Durchführung von Kampagnen und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen auf globaler Ebene, sowie die Weiterentwicklung und Aktualisierung des CSO-Trainingsangebotes (z.B. des mandatorischen Informationssicherheitstrainings für alle Mitarbeitenden im Konzern).

Das Team bildet die Schnittstelle zu den Fachbereichen Compliance und HR Learning & Development. Das Aufgabengebiet wird abgerundet durch die enge Begleitung aller Geschäftsbereiche in der Kunden- und Mitarbeitersensibilisierung zum Thema Sicherheit.

Deine Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:

• Du unterstützt die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung von Kundensensibilisierungsmaßnahmen zum Thema Informationssicherheit in enger Zusammenarbeit mit allen Divisionen, Fachbereichen und Kommunikationseinheiten im Konzern
• Dabei treibst du die Entwicklung und Gestaltung passgenauer, zielgruppenspezifischer Inhalte und Kommunikationsmittel, beispielsweise Artikel, Podcasts, Websiteinhalte, Präsentationen, Broschüren, Videos etc. voran
• Du unterstützt die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der DB-weiten globalen Mitarbeiterkampagne (Mission Security) zum Thema Sicherheit
• Du verantwortest thematisch zugehörige Projekte & Konzernteilprojekte und trägst damit kontinuierlich zum Ausbau unserer bankweiten Präsenz, sowie der optimalen Nutzung unseres Leistungsspektrums bei

Deine Kompetenzen und Erfahrungen:

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Kommunikationswissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik oder IT-Sicherheit oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrungen. Fachliche Qualifikation ist uns sehr wichtig, noch entscheidender für uns ist jedoch deine Persönlichkeit.
• Du hast bereits erste Berührungspunkte mit Themen der IT, Informationssicherheit oder physischen Sicherheit gehabt oder ein ausgeprägtes Interesse tiefer in diese Themen einzutauchen
• Du bringst erste Erfahrungen im eigenständigen Management von geschäftsbereichsübergreifenden Projekten, idealerweise mit Kommunikations- oder Trainingsbezug, mit
• Du bist eine verantwortungsbewusste, engagierte Persönlichkeit mit hervorragenden analytischen Fähigkeiten und verfügst über Organisationstalent
• Du arbeitest gerne im Team und deine kommunikativen Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch ermöglichen die Arbeit in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld
• Du bist konfliktfähig und überzeugst andere gerne von deinen Ideen und Lösungsansätzen

Team description and role details:

The Group Chief Security Office (CSO) is responsible for both the physical security and protection of Deutsche Bank's information. Every day we must respond to new threats that can impact the bank's operations. Together we protect the bank's employees, infrastructure, processes, and information. CSO includes the two areas Chief Information Security Office (CISO) and Corporate Security (CS).

The Training & Awareness team in the Chief Information Security Office is responsible for providing globally consistent, targeted, and helpful information, communication, and training around physical and information security at Deutsche Bank.

The variety of tasks includes the planning and implementation of campaigns and communication measures on a global level, as well as the further development and updating of the CSO training offering (e.g. the mandatory information security training for all employees in the group). The team forms the interface to the Compliance and HR Learning & Development departments. The area of responsibility is rounded off by the close support of all business areas in raising customer and employee awareness of the topic of security.

Your main responsibilities:

• You support the continuous development and implementation of customer awareness measures on the topic of information security in close cooperation with all divisions, specialist areas and communication units in the group.
• You will drive the development of tailor-made, target group-specific content and communication media, such as articles, podcasts, website content, presentations, brochures, videos, etc.
• You support the continuous development and implementation of the DB-wide global employee campaign (Mission Security) on the topic of security.
• You are responsible for thematically related projects and group sub-projects and thus continuously contribute to the expansion of our bank-wide presence and the optimal use of our range of services.

Your skills and experience:

• You have a Bachelor-/Master-degree in communication sciences, economics, computer science or IT security or equal professional experience. Professional qualifications are very important, but your personality is even more important to us.
• You have already had initial contact with IT, information security or physical security topics or have a strong interest in delving deeper into these topics.
• You have initial experience in the independent management of cross-divisional projects, ideally related to communication or training.
• You are a responsible, committed personality with excellent analytical skills and organizational talent.
• You enjoy working in a team and your communication skills in German and English enable you to work in an international working environment.
• You can manage conflicts and like to convince others of your ideas and solutions.
