- Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues for employees
- Provide helpdesk support for internal users, resolving common IT problems like password resets or software installation issues
- Support the team in implementing new IT projects, such as setting up new software or infrastructure
- Shadow network and server team
- Assist with imaging and configuration of computer hardware
- Other duties and projects as assigned
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- This position requires sitting and looking and using a computer for long periods of time
- Position works in a child facility and has constant exposure to children
- Position requires frequent standing, walking and time in units/cottages which are areas where children reside
- Lift, push, pull, move up to 25 lbs.
