- Help support the daily systems operations and administration for the IT infrastructure.
- Provide support for Level 1 and 2 support tickets.
- Track all assigned work and trouble tickets using ServiceNow.
- Coordinate and implement low to high-risk infrastructure and system changes.
- Create and update technical documentation, standards, and procedures.
- Assist in the collection and production of metrics.

Job Description
The NS Service Management Operations team includes Level 1 and 2 support, Automation and Structured Services, and Vulnerability Management. As a member of this team, you will assist engineers and managers on a variety of projects within the business. Projects may include systems management, infrastructure support, process improvement, project management, and data analysis.

Freshman $3,577.00 Sophomore $3,922.00 Junior $4,266.00 Seniors $4,493.00 Masters $5,406.00 PhD $6,366.00 You must be able to work in our midtown Atlanta HQ for 3 months in the Spring or Summer in 2024.
Relocation assistance is not provided, but NS does offer a Living Stipend of $850/month, which is taxed, to those who qualify.
Work Conditions:
Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week in our midtown Atlanta (650 W Peachtree St.)
