      East Cambridge Savings Bank’s IT Division is actively recruiting for a IT Department Clerk Intern.

      Function:

      Under the supervision of the IT Manager, performs a variety of administrative work and project related duties.

      We are looking for a candidate with:

      • At least 6 months IT support experience or equivalent through specialized coursework and training
      • Excellent organizational skills required
      • Attention to detail a must
      • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite

      Essential Job Functions:

      • Assists with IT support requests and ensures proper resolution of issues and problems.
      • Creates, disabled, and modifies user accounts and user access in accordance with company and department policy and procedure.
      • Provides basic IT hardware and software support, including but not limited to PC hardware, Windows 10/11, printers, and other peripherals.
      • Assists in coordinating and scheduling special projects. Maintains associated documentation on a timely basis.
      • Assists with creating documents based on Department need.
      • Participates in maintaining manuals specifically related to department.
