      Job Description

      As a member of Eataly’s IT Team, an IT Specialist is responsible for catering to the technical needs of the Store. The IT Specialist’s main areas of focus are implementation, monitoring and maintenance of IT assets. Reports to IT Technical Support Lead.

      The role is can be part- or full-time, and is onsite at Eataly Chicago.

      • Understands support problems, analyzes problem data and determines appropriate solutions
      • Provides first-level support to customer service requests in a timely and accurate manner
      • Escalates complex support requests to relevant IT staffs for resolutions
      • Ensures standard operating procedures are followed and meets service level agreements
      • Assists in development and enhancement of IT systems, analyzes system issues and provide resolutions
      • Assess potential risks and technical challenges and prepare appropriate mitigation plans
      • Performs other duties as assigned

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
      • 1 year of related experience preferred
      • Good knowledge on information technologies and systems
      • Time management and organization skills required

      Compensation for this role is $24.00-$30.00 per hour.

      JOB REQUIREMENTS

      • Ability to work on-site at Eataly Chicago
      • Ability to occasionally travel within the USA
      • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
      • Exemplary organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
      • Demonstrated ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
