Job Description

- Oversees and manage the South Sub Region (SSR) Help Desk/Client Services teams.
- People management
- Technical support management
- Travels to other South Sub Region sites as needed
- Main customer interface for the NAITS organization, site management for the SSR
- Includes Audit management and support.
- Create and manage budget for Help Desk/Client Services
- Create and maintain standardization process and documentation for SSR.
- Management of IT assets such as PC/Laptops
- Distribution and tracking
- Manages Service Desk Plus ticketing system to ensure routing and resolution of tickets are done in a timely manner.
- Support Department KPI metrics to ensure it is meeting target for the fiscal year.
- Ensures DENSO operations continue without interruptions.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related degree
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- People management experience preferred
