Provide expert support for Windows 10/11 desktops, Office 365, and Teams
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
Manage IT infrastructure, including system monitoring and performance optimization
Lead and support new infrastructure projects
Perform software loading, updates, and system diagnostics
Assist with cloud-based services, email, printers, and VPN
Document all interactions in the help desk ticketing system
Conduct technical onboarding for new employees
Participate in 24/7 on-call support rotation
Occasional travel to support other offices
An active DoD Top Secret clearance
1-5 years of experience in IT support
Proficiency in Windows desktop operating systems and Office 365
Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
Familiarity with remote desktop tools and VPN
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication abilities (verbal and written)
Adaptability to changing business needs
Security+, A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications
Willingness to work in a team or independently
Commitment to developing high-quality relationships with users
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
Experience with Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022
CADD application support knowledge

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
