      Job Title- Service Utility - RCA & Control Governance

      Location- Mumbai, India

      Role Description

      The Group Chief Operating Office (GCOO) division acts as the bridge between businesses and infrastructure functions to oversee and enable the remediation of the bank’s most critical findings and deliver the next phase of transformation and manage the bank’s costs,

      The Divisional Control Office (DCO) as a key pillar of GCOO is responsible for internal control and governance across the Infrastructure functions eg. Chief Administrative Office, Chief Financial Office, Chief Risk Office, HR, Procurement, with a key focus on the management of the findings portfolio and the non-financial risk profile.

      • The Findings & Risk Analyst will support GCOO DCO’s efforts to actively manage the findings portfolio of the Infrastructure functions, by supporting and challenging the finding owners throughout the lifecycle and provide appropriate reporting.
      • Risk management skills and a control mindset forms the basis to identify, analyse and report the non-financial risks of the Infrastructure division, thereby ensuring that Group and Functional standards are consistently applied.
      • The candidate is required to demonstrate strong stakeholder management and Microsoft office skills with an understanding of non-financial risk management activities.
      • The role will have full exposure to all infrastructure areas and requires working closely with a variety of stakeholders.
      • The role has considerable scope for professional development, both as the Divisional Control Team continues to grow and evolve and due to the broad understanding of Risk that will be developed through the work undertaken.

      Your key responsibilities

      • Analysing findings and risk data, including production of relevant MI or escalation/challenging the issues.
      • Preparation of monthly, quarterly packs and various periodic reporting for Findings Management process.
      • Provide ad hoc DCO data analysis requests.
      • Providing meeting materials for Infrastructure and functional forums on non-financial risk management.
      • Analysis of existing data exceptions related to findings and controls and supporting their remediation.
      • Testing new tools/updates to existing tools and support their implementation.
      • Supporting the team/stakeholders with reporting on various stages of findings lifecycle management, where applicable.
      • Supporting the implementation of the Infrastructure control framework, through control oversight and support delivery of other functional risk review processes
      • Supporting the development of the Functional control framework, including enhancements to the controls inventory and related processes.
      • Supporting the development of standards of the risk assessment.

      Your skills and experience

      • Strong analytical skills to interpret and analyse data.
      • Strong stakeholder management skills.
      • Good understanding of risk management activities and internal control frameworks.
      • Basic understanding of non-financial risk.
      • Good multitasker with problem solving attitude.
      • The ability to successfully navigate a complex organisation, build strong relationships and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders across the bank
      • Very good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
