      Job Description:

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Infrastructure Support and Maintenance:
      • . Hands on experience in installation, upgrade, migration and configuration of various IBM ECM and BPM products like IBM Case Manager, WebSphere application server Network Deployment, IBM BAW, IBM Datacap, IBM FileNet, IBM Content Navigator and FileNet Content Search Services Windows/Linux servers.
      • knowledge on CPE, AE, ICN, Workplace-XT, and FileNet Image services administration, installation, configuration, and fix pack upgrades.
      • Hands on experience in implementing, managing & troubleshooting windows and AIX and Linux for FileNet Administration.
      • Assist in managing on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure supporting workflow applications.
      • Monitor infrastructure performance, uptime, and capacity to ensure availability and reliability.
      • Troubleshoot and resolve basic infrastructure-related issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
      • DevOps Practices:
      • Learn and contribute to building CI/CD pipelines for deploying and managing enterprise workflow applications.
      • Assist in automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
      • Support containerization efforts using Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
      • Workflow Applications Support:
      • Collaborate with development teams to understand infrastructure requirements for enterprise workflow systems.
      • Support the deployment, scaling, and performance optimization of workflow tools and applications.
      • Gain an understanding of how infrastructure interacts with workflow applications to deliver seamless business processes.
      • Security and Compliance:
      • Learn and assist in implementing infrastructure security best practices.
      • Support efforts to ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.
      • Documentation and Collaboration:
      • Document infrastructure configurations, troubleshooting steps, and workflows for team knowledge-sharing.
      • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, DevOps, and QA, to support project goals.
