      Infra. Technology Specialist

      Location: Anywhere in United States, remote

      Job Summary

      We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with demonstrated ability to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Change Lifecycle Management IT Service Management ITIL and Incident Management. This hybrid role involves rotational shifts and requires no travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.

      Responsibilities

      · Oversee the entire Change Lifecycle Management process to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.

      · Provide expert guidance on IT Service Management practices to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

      · Implement ITIL best practices to streamline processes and improve service quality.

      · Manage incident resolution processes to ensure timely and effective problem-solving.

      · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address infrastructure issues.

      · Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements to maintain optimal functionality.

      · Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.

      · Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

      · Lead training sessions to educate team members on ITIL and IT Service Management practices.

      · Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless integration and support.

      · Analyze incident trends to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.

      · Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.

      · Ensure all IT services meet the agreed-upon service levels and performance metrics.

      Qualifications

      · Possess a strong background in Change Lifecycle Management with proven experience.

      · Demonstrate expertise in IT Service Management and ITIL practices.

      · Have a solid understanding of Incident Management processes and best practices.

      · Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

      · Show proficiency in monitoring and improving system performance.

      · Display strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

      Salary and Other Compensation:

      · The annual salary for this position is [$49,000 to $92,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

      · This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
