      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead efforts for ongoing calibration of infrastructure and training tools, materials, and workflows
      - Oversee updates to standard documentation and ensure distribution to the ACM team
      - Collaborate with ambulatory practice leaders and Digital Application teams on implementation and enhancement of scheduling functionalities
      - Manage enhancement and issue logs and assist with prioritization for multi-phase project planning
      - Provide training and development for ACM employees and clinical department staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience required; Master’s degree in healthcare management or related field preferred
      - 2-5 years of related experience, preferably in healthcare clinical and/or front-line practice operations
      - Proficiency in Epic Cadence application and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
      - Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Epic Certification preferred but not required
      - Experience managing provider clinical schedules in a large medical academic setting
      - Familiarity with medical practice operations and scheduling specifics in Epic and Cadence functionality
      - Ability to effectively communicate technical information to diverse audiences
      - Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
