- Be a Trusted partner to business to support their Infrastructure needs.
- Shape and adopt the strategic technology roadmap.
- Assure that infrastructure requests are in alignment with strategic design requirements and engineering best practices.
- Conduct financial forecasting, securing funding, in collaboration with business unit managers and SMTs. Prioritize infrastructure needs
- Understand the existing infrastructure technology (Cloud Services, Infrastructure Virtualization, Containers, High Availability Application and Database clusters, distributed systems, big data, and Integration technologies), capacity management, and financial analysis
- Oversight to Inventory Management, Infrastructure Support, Break fix support, upkeep, maintenance, and migration support.
- Cyber Hygiene Management reporting including Vulnerability and Patch Management
- Infrastructure health oversight
- Engagement with Clients and CTI teams to ensure transparency and seamless execution of tasks
- Design an Infrastructure BAU Dashboard that will allow scheduling, tracking and execution of day-to-day application activities
- Focus on process improvement between CTI and ICG Teams
- Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards and recommend reengineering efforts for continuous improvement
- 10+ years of experience in a technology infrastructure role with experience in people and project management and selected infrastructure technologies.
- Experience leading an infrastructure team including decisions on hiring, performance management, talent development
- Demonstrate accountability, leadership, independent initiatives, and willingness to lead and work with teams across multiple locations and time zones.
- Prior experience in large scale enterprise infrastructure support, re-engineering, performance fine tuning and cost
- Logical thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills; innovative and solutions oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – including ability to communicate and presenting to senior management and business audiences.
- Proven experience building scalable and performance-oriented systems
- High degree of integrity, ethics, and confidentiality.
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure Virtualization, Containers, High Availability Application and Database clusters and distributed systems.
- Experience in architecture and deployment strategies leveraging physical & cloud services.
- Demonstrated understanding of technology tools and implications of costs for large scale forecasting
- Knowledge of OpenShift, AWS, GCP or Azure
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred

The Senior Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for Infrastructure Procurement, Cyber risk management, Cloud Infrastructure management, Tooling and Automation, Linux and Windows Estate management.
