What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a single point of contact for Asset Performance, Business Development & Customer Service into Liquids Pipelines technical teams
- Lead pipeline and terminal planning and drive the development and implementation of optimization initiatives and projects
- Provide recommendations on problems that drive business decision-making
- Prepare operating philosophy for new projects based on technical expertise in pipeline operations
- Support the Project Lifecycle Gating Control and the Acquisitions & Divestures process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized university or college
- Registration as a Professional Engineer in Canada or eligible to register
- 4 or more years of experience in the oil and gas industry relating to pipeline operations, scheduling, project management fundamentals, and/or pipeline hydraulics
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong prioritizing and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in energy transition projects
- Familiarity with environmental regulations in the oil and gas industry
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
