What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform benefit verification of all patient insurance plans
- Document all information related to coinsurance, copay, deductibles, authorization requirements
- Calculate estimated patient financial responsibility
- Initiate, follow-up, and secure prior authorization, pre-determination, or medical review
- Communicate with patients, referral sources, and other departments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Acute Infusion experience required
- Experience with referrals, benefit verifications, and authorizations required
- At least 2 years of home infusion pharmacy and/or medical intake/reimbursement experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement guidelines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of CPR+ preferred
