Job Description

- Digitalización de procesos operativos que ayuden a crear una cultura basada en datos
- Analítica de datos utilizando y creando bases de datos como SQL, Historian, etc con lenguajes de programación como Python, SQL, etc y creación de modelos de machine learning alineados a prioridades de planta
- Gobernanza de datos de proceso de planta para cuidar la calidad e integridad de los datos
- Ejecutar proyectos DMAIC exitosos para la eliminación de desperdicios y aumento de productividad alineados a las prioridades de la planta con enfoque en digitalización, automatización y datos.
- Seguimiento a sistema de planes de acción.
- Cálculo y análisis de estadísticas de cierre mensual (MU y OEE).
- Coordinar el principio de Excelencia Operacional CMS 2.0 en todos los niveles de la planta.
Objetivo:
Implementar, administrar y soportar las herramientas que contribuyan a mejorar el desempeño y la productividad de la planta a través de la creación de una cultura de Excelencia Operacional.
Requisitos:
Ing. en Sistemas Computacionales, Ing. Ciencia de Datos, Ing. Mecatrónica, Ingeniería de Datos e Inteligencia Artificial, Ing. Manufactura
Inglés avanzado
Conocimientos específicos:
Programación en Python, JAVA, SQL, metología CRISP-DM, Power BI, Data warehouses, Data Lakes, Ignition SCADA, Analítica de datos, Modelos de Machine Learning, 5s, Kaizen, herramientas de mejora continua. Conocimiento de procesos operativos y transaccionales en plantas de manufactura para el desarrollo de proyectos.
Lograr certificación Lean y Six Sigma.Responsabilidades:
