  En tant qu'entreprise, RWE est bien placée sur le marché de l'éolien offshore flottant (FOW), avec des objectifs de croissance ambitieux pour atteindre 1GW flottant en construction ou en exploitation d'ici 2030, dans le cadre de la feuille de route Growing Green qui vise la neutralité carbone d'ici 2040.
  Le département d'ingénierie et d'industrialisation de RWE FOW est façonné dans la perspective d'un centre de compétence interdisciplinaire hautement expérimenté afin d'obtenir la perspective holistique nécessaire à la livraison d'éoliennes flottantes à l'échelle commerciale. Cela inclut également le besoin d'une perspective stratégique sur le parcours de réduction des coûts pour FOW.

  Nous recherchons donc un ingénieur structures éolien offshore flottant H/F pour renforcer notre équipe internationale.

  Principales responsabilités:

  - Vous êtes l'expert principal sur tous les aspects techniques, y compris les recommandations clés / escalades, en relation avec les "Structures flottantes", avec un œil sur l'optimisation du LCOE, tout en recherchant des solutions techniques de pointe et l'innovation, afin de s'assurer que la stratégie répond aux besoins de l'entreprise.
  - Développer et approuver les conceptions techniques des nouveaux projets de construction. Diriger les initiatives technologiques mondiales liées aux "structures flottantes", en mettant l'accent sur l'optimisation et la durabilité.
  - Créer des normes et harmoniser les spécifications techniques entre les projets lorsque cela s'avère utile pour le domaine de spécialisation. Mettre à jour et contrôler la documentation et partager les connaissances.
  - Soutenir le processus de Due Diligence technologique pour les fondations flottantes. Fournir des conseils techniques aux projets dans tous les processus de sélection des fondations et les modèles commerciaux en analysant la technologie, la fabrication et les procédures de lancement. Participer aux processus d'évaluation des projets par les pairs et éclairer les décisions d'investissement.
  - S'efforcer de partager les meilleures pratiques et la cohérence de l'approche entre les équipes régionales en ce qui concerne les "structures flottantes" et les stratégies d'industrialisation. Contribuer à l'engagement des parties prenantes et de la chaîne d'approvisionnement pour soutenir l'évaluation des méthodes de fabrication des fondations.
  - Sécurité dès la conception : Gère la conception des fondations pour garantir la sécurité des personnes qui y accèdent ou qui y travaillent, et les interactions avec les spécifications HSE.
  - Spécifier et interpéter les inspections des fondations, les données de surveillance de l'état des structures, les programmes Digital Twin et de prolongation de la durée de vie.
  - Soutenir et façonner la réglementation, la conception, la certification et les normes dans un nouveau secteur.
  - S'engager avec les concepteurs de fondations, les fournisseurs et l'ensemble de la chaîne d'approvisionnement pour permettre l'émergence de solutions efficaces et efficientes.
  - Gérer la fourniture par les sous-traitants d'études techniques, de rapports, d'analyses et d'ingénierie dans les premières phases des projets jusqu'à la livraison du projet.
  - Fournir des connaissances générales et spécialisées en matière d'ingénierie selon les besoins.

  Votre profil:

  - Ingénieur(e) diplômé(e) d'une université accréditée en architecture navale, génie maritime, génie océanique ou dans un domaine connexe
  - Plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans le domaine concerné
  - Compétences et qualifications techniques approfondies concernant les "Structures flottantes", avec des connaissances supplémentaires en hydrodynamique, charges, optimisation des systèmes, modélisation, calculs structurels et impacts des choix de conception sur la fabrication.
  - Membre de groupes de travail industriels et d'une communauté mondiale d'experts ayant une connaissance approfondie des normes nationales et internationales.
  - Membre actif de la Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers (SNAME) ou d'une organisation similaire.
  - Compréhension approfondie des implications commerciales et du contexte du sujet traité par l'expert dans l'industrie de l'énergie, élaboration d'une stratégie claire.
  - Recherche en permanence des possibilités d'optimisation et aime suivre des voies non conventionnelles afin d'accroître les avantages pour l'entreprise.
  - Aime travailler dans un environnement international dynamique et diversifié. Ouverture d'esprit et réflexion personnelle.
  - Expérience dans l'éolien offshore, le pétrole et le gaz offshore, la conception et la construction de navires ou d'autres grands projets d'infrastructure technique.
  - Connaissance des codes et normes industriels applicables aux projets d'éoliennes en mer.
  - Bon(ne) communiquant(e) et excellent esprit d'équipe
  - Bon sens de l'organisation et expérience de la gestion de projets.
  - Disposé(e) à voyager à l'intérieur du pays et à l'étranger.
  - Maîtrise de l'anglais parlé et écrit

  As a company, RWE is well placed for the Floating Offshore Wind (FOW) market, with ambitious growth targets to achieve 1GW floating either in construction or in operation by 2030as part of the Growing Green roadmap towards carbon neutral by 2040.
  At present FOW has a broader technology landscape if compared to bottom fix, where in general, structures have reached a mature stage and selection is comparably narrow. As technology progress at high speed and learnings from projects can influence each other positively, Engineering effort is focused on the step change towards industrialization for delivery. The lack of a dedicated supply chain in some cases, would lead projects to balance between local requirements and the economies of scale, engage with industrial players, as well as local authorities to secure development and availability of infrastructure. RWE FOW Engineering & Industrialization Department is shaped with the perspective of a highly experienced interdisciplinary competence center to achieve the necessary holistic perspective for delivery of commercial scale floating wind. This also includes the need for a strategic perspective on the cost-down journey for FOW.

  Key responsibilities

  •Serves as senior expert for all relevant technical aspects, incl. key recommendations/ escalations, in relation to “Floating Structures”, with an eye on LCOE Optimization, whilst chasing state of the art technical solutions and innovation, to ensure that the strategy meets business needs.
  •Develops and approves technical designs for new built projects. Leads global technology initiatives related to “Floating Structures”; with an eye on optimization and sustainability. Creates standards and harmonize technical specifications across projects when valuable for the specialist area. Updates and controls the documentation and shares knowledge.
  •Support the process of “Floating Foundations” Technology Due Diligence. Provides technical guidance to projects in all down selection processes and business models by analyzing technology, fabrication and launching procedures. Participate on project peer review processes and inform investment decisions.
  •Strives to share best practice and consistency of approach across regional teams in relation to “Floating Structures” and Industrialisation strategies. Contribute to stakeholder and supply chain engagement support the assessment of foundation fabrication methods.
  •Safe by design: Manages the foundation design to ensure safety of those accessing or working on it, interactions with HSE specifications.
  •Specifies and interprets foundation inspections, structural health monitoring data, Digital Twin and life-extension programs.
  •Supports and shapes regulatory, design, certification, and standards, in a new industry.
  •Engage with foundation designers, suppliers and broader supply chain to enable efficient and effective solutions to emerge.
  •Manage engineering subcontractors’ delivery of engineering studies, reports, analysis, and engineering in early stage projects into project delivery.
  •Provide general and specialist engineering knowledge as needed.

  Your profile

  •Engineering degree from an accredited university in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Ocean Engineering or relevant background, Master degree preferred
  •10+ years of industry experience in relevant field
  •Profound technical skills and qualification with regards to the Engineering sub-discipline “Floating Structures” with additional knowledge on hydrodynamics, loads , system optimization, modelling, structural calculations and impacts of design choices on fabrication.
  •Member of industry working groups and global community of experts with comprehensive knowledge of national and international standards
  •Active member of Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers (SNAME) or similar organization
  •Thorough understanding of commercial implications and context of expert subject matter in the energy industry, develops clear strategy.
  •Continuously looks for optimization possibilities and also likes to follow unconventional paths to increase benefits to the business.
  •Enjoys working on a dynamic international diverse working environment. Open minded and self-reflective.
  •Experience in Offshore Wind, Offshore Oil and Gas, vessel design and construction or other large engineering infrastructure projects
  •Familiar with industry codes and standards applicable to offshore wind projects
  •Good communicator and excellent team player
  •Ability to work in hybrid work environment (office and remote).
  •Good organizational skills and experience of project management.
  •Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
  •Fluent in spoken and written English
