  Inhouse Consultant SAP SD, OS, CS and CPQ - Full Time - Madrid, Spain

  As an In-house Consultant, you are a member of the SAP CoE (Center of Excellence) you will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing SAP solutions for Sulzer, ensuring seamless business operations and superior customer experiences.
  

  Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Manage all activities related to the SD, CS, PS and CPQ areas
  • Responsible to provide on-going key user training within own area
  • Responsible for configuring the above areas and for implementing localizations with the key users and consultants during rollouts and other implementation projects.
  • Provide expert support and troubleshooting for issues, including incident resolution and process improvement.
  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements using SAP best practices and industry knowledge.
  • Develop, configure, test and roll-out the areas within own responsibility based on our global templates
  • Assist in planning and executing SAP system upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Provide detailed functional specifications to assist technical team in development of RICEF
  • Create / maintain user manuals and assist in designing security roles
  • Adoption of best practices and compliance management by developing new SAP tools, features and enhancements
  • Work closely with business counterparts to gather requirements, understand business needs, and provide expert guidance on SAP solutions.
  • Required to travel 0% - 10%

  What you bring to Sulzer:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical or business studies or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years of working experience in a similar position in-house in an international corporation
  • Minimum of 5+ years hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions on the relevant modules
  • Ability to multitask under high stress & aggressive timelines
  • Project Management and Service Management certifications (i.e. PMI, ITIL) is an advantage
  • Proven experience as an SAP Consultant, with a focus in SD, PS, CS, and CPQ areas.
  • SAP certification in relevant modules is a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience in ASAP and agile methodologies
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
  • Experience in working with top management to manage expectations and escalate issues/risks
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, partnering and facilitation skills
  • Ability to learn new collaboration technologies, processes and adaptable to changes in timelines and sequences

  • Fluency in English is a must.
