High school diploma / general education degree (GED) plus An associate degree, OR Veteran/Military experience, OR Six months of relevant work experience in a manufacturing or GMP facility
Previous experience in GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) environment
Mechanical experience / knowledge
Lifting/lowering up to 55 pounds, working in high elevations (above 6 feet), and reaching/standing/walking/stooping/crawling
Able to wear safety PPE (Goggles, face shield, apron, chemical gloves, etc.)
Able to work under full clean room environments with appropriate gowning.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
This position will work 3rd shift (2300 - 0730) and weekend overtime is required as needed.

How You Will Achieve It
Injectable Manufacturing Operator Assistants process raw materials (API, Drug Product, Drug Substance, and Active Biologic Ingredients) into bulk finished product and transfer to portable stainless-steel tanks for B41’s injectable drug product areas. Work is performed in strict compliance with manufacturing standards (SOPs) and following all regulatory requirements (i.e., GMPs & OSHA). This job includes the following functions:
• Disassembly, cleaning, assembly, and sterilization of product holding tanks
• Performing integrity checks on various sterile filtration systems
• Formulating drug product by adding raw materials into liquids to create bulk product
• Ensuring adequate inventory of parts and materials prior to initiating a production run
• Utilizing computer skills to interact with PLC, AMPS, and SCADA systems
• Collaborating with maintenance and engineers to troubleshoot equipment/processes
• Supporting development and execution of capital projects, corrective actions, and continuous improvement ideas
• Demonstrating growth mindset to share best practices, utilizing downtime effectively, and learning manufacturing principles
• Working safely and compliantly following all applicable SOPs and standards including recording of GMP documentation
• Achieving and maintaining aseptic certification to work within graded spaces
• Completing and maintaining all required training on time
• Executing in-process quality inspections
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

The salary for this position ranges from $18.74 to $31.23 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company’s policies.
