Injection Mold Maintenance Technician - $33/hr

Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a Maintenance Mechanic specializing in injection molded products. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of blow mold environment leak testing machines, unscrambling machines, extrusion equipment, material bins, vacuum systems, and palletizing systems by conducting both preventative and reactive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on blow mold environment leak testing machines, unscrambling machines, extrusion equipment, material bins, vacuum systems, and palletizing systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues in an industrial manufacturing setting.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to perform maintenance tasks.
• Wire motors using schematics for both AC and DC motors.
• Conduct PLC troubleshooting specifically with Siemens PLCs.
• Maintain blow mold equipment and perform extrusion tasks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
