      YOUR ROLE

      • Lead multiple Innovation Projects within product development and product modifications arenas
      • Projects can be offensive or defensive in nature, and are often complex and cross-regional
      • Lead 1-2 Innovation Programs, which is a collection of inter-related projects tied to a higher level SBU strategy (Includes composing the program, establishing milestones, and defining overall objectives)
      • Manage / facilitate regular interaction between innovation team members, often in a virtual team environment
      • Work with team to define project and program milestones in alignment with global Strategic Business Unit plans and innovation strategy, manage accordingly (Milestones include product profiles, value propositions, financial business plans, technical roadmaps, customer roadmaps, validation, and risk analysis)
      • Lead cross-functional project and program team(s) to accomplish the deliverables on defined timelines
      • Identify potential project/program gaps and hurdles, and provide alternative solutions in order to meet the business and timeline targets
      • Provide regular updates to leadership on project/program progress, manage stakeholders

      YOUR SKILLS

      • Bachelors degree in relevant Technical / Marketing / Business field, Masters degree is a plus
      • 4-10 years experience in industrial environment
      • Work experience with 2+ years in Project Management, Product Development, Product/Category Management, or Application Engineering, or Marketing is a plus
      • Experience leading or managing complex projects
      • Ability to lead and influence without formal authority
      • Excellent communications / team leadership skills
      • Experience working on or leading cross-functional teams
      • Outstanding project management and organizational skills
      • Fluent English skills
      • 5% travel possible (International or Domestic)

      Position locations: Düsseldorf, Dublin, or Pune/Delhi.
