What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create, edit, and maintain instructional materials, including procedures, user manuals, and training guides
- Translate complex technical information into user-friendly content for diverse audiences
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and utilize AI tools to enhance content creation
- Manage overall procedure development and eLearning content execution
- Support the management of the learning management system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Arts/Science degree from an accredited college or university required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience creating content or online training materials
- Familiarity with content management systems and maintaining organization-wide procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to leverage technology in support and delivery of learning content
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- AI certification preferred
- Experience in the service industry developing programs focused on products, processes, and systems
- Demonstrated experience with learning new software and regulations
