      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct quality assurance reviews for inpatient coding specialists, ensuring compliance with coding guidelines
      - Perform onboarding audits and training for newly hired coding consultants
      - Communicate quality issues and assist in the development of quality improvement plans
      - Maintain accurate reports and productivity standards for coding consultants
      - Provide educational sessions on error trends and respond to client quality assurance needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must possess an approved AHIMA or AAPC coding credential
      - Minimum of 5 years of coding experience, with at least 3 years in inpatient coding in an acute care setting
      - Recommended minimum of 3 years of experience in Trauma Level 1 and Academic Teaching facilities
      - Minimum of 2 years of auditing experience preferred
      - Proficiency in ICD-10-PCS coding

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CDI credential (CCDS, CDIP) preferred, but not required
      - Strong collaboration and analytical skills
      - Proven ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively
      - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
