      Description

      We are seeking a fun, motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to assist our growing Real Estate teams!

      Part-Time and Full-Time available

      People in this position receive:

      1. Hands-on sales training to fit the modern business world from top-performing industry executives
      2. Individual business mentoring from a top-performing Sales and Marketing Consultant
      3. Real-world marketing experience and expertise

      5. Ability to earn upwards of $1500 per week through lucrative bonus structure

      Responsibilities
      1. Make calls and set appointments with prospective clients for top-performing San Diego Real Estate Agents and teams
      2. Opportunity to advance within the company for top performers, as well as ability to train and develop others
      Qualifications

      Preferred:

      1. College Degree (completed or in progress)
      2. Team experience
