What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide sales, marketing, and customer service support to the Regional Sales Executive
- Establish and maintain a database for marketing campaigns
- Perform consistent and accurate data entry of new sales leads
- Procure and archive supporting documents necessary for exchanges
- Assist with daily sales and marketing tasks, including client communication and preparing marketing materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in real estate settlement services
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel to trade shows and local events
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience representing a company at trade shows and seminars
- Knowledge of basic exchange concepts and the ability to explain them clearly
- Strong judgment skills in professional interactions
