      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve corporate sales goals within assigned targeted customers and forecast sales success
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and manage resource deployment
      - Identify local market trends and partner with sales teams to maximize sales efforts
      - Proactively deploy measurable tactics that support customer strategies and track progress
      - Communicate account objectives clearly to internal stakeholders and oversee project status reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA preferred
      - Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare or medical aesthetics
      - Proven experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring teams without direct authority
      - Strong business planning skills with a history of achieving measurable success with target customers
      - Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
