What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor field colleagues without direct authority.
- Strong business planning skills with a track record of achieving measurable success.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
