      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve corporate sales goals within assigned targeted customers and forecast sales success factors
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer contractual agreements and maximize sales efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA preferred
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare or medical aesthetics
      - Proven experience leading, coaching, and mentoring field colleagues without direct authority
      - Strong business planning skills with a history of achieving measurable success through customer-specific business plans
      - Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in the pharma/biotech industry
