- Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Full time, temp to hire position!
Job Description of the Part Sales Coordinator:
- Efficient at researching parts from vendors
- Procurement of parts
- Updating excel of costs of parts of each job.
- Placing orders
- Tracking returns of parts to vendors for credit
- Providing quote to customers
- Communicating all updates and concerns to Workshop Lead and Parts Manager
Qualifications & Requirements of the Part Sales Coordinator:
- Must be efficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Minimum of 2 years Parts Sales experience.
- Previous experience and knowledge of Gearboxes, Pumps, Motors, Winches and Brakes is preferred.
- Must possess a strong work ethic.
- Verbal and written communications skills
- Strong Organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Accuracy and attention to detail. Organizational and tracking ability.
