What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support for programs, projects, and contractors with sufficient volume and velocity
- Escort customers through the 3form process, ensuring a smooth and informed experience
- Manage all aspects of project submittals, including ordering samples and documenting approvals
- Maintain records of communications and follow-ups in the CRM
- Proactively manage bidder lists by providing technical information and resources to contractors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the construction or building materials industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and construction documents
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with customer service in a similar industry
- Familiarity with project management processes
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to perform material take-offs from customer-provided drawings
