What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish understanding of specialty engineered rental products and services, such as generators and pumps
- Generate new rental and sales accounts through telemarketing and servicing call-in customers
- Process rental quotations, reservations, contracts, and invoices in line with company policies
- Educate customers on proper equipment usage and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate daily equipment pickups and returns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Strong customer service orientation and sales experience/skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and ability to drive larger vehicles for deliveries
