What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Initiate and receive customer calls to establish contact and follow up on inquiries
- Promote products and assess customer needs to facilitate effective communication with physicians
- Resolve customer concerns by providing accurate information regarding products and services
- Maintain customer database by entering and verifying required data
- Ensure compliance with departmental and company policies and standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales
- Proficiency in computer and data entry skills
- Exceptional telephone customer service skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the medical industry
- Ability to type at least 25-30 words per minute
- Experience with dual monitors and specific computer hardware requirements
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and maintaining a private workspace
