What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Initiate outbound calls and respond to inbound customer inquiries to establish contact
- Promote products and assess customer needs while facilitating communication with physicians
- Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Maintain and update customer information in the database by ensuring data accuracy
- Follow departmental policies and standards to ensure quality service and compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Previous experience in inside sales
- Proficient in computer and data entry skills
- Must have excellent telephone customer service skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the medical industry
- Ability to type at least 25-30 words per minute
- Experience with dual monitors and specific operating systems (Windows 10 or 11)
- Familiarity with high-speed internet requirements and equipment setup
