What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Initiate outbound calls and respond to incoming inquiries from potential customers
- Promote and explain the benefits of company products and services
- Assist with facilitating physician communication as needed
- Resolve customer concerns and provide necessary information
- Maintain customer database and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent telephone customer service skills
- Computer literacy
- Mastery of the English language, both oral and written
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Inside sales experience
- Medical industry knowledge beneficial
- Ability to type at least 25-30 words per minute
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong knowledge of the medical industry
- Previous experience in inside sales
- Familiarity with medical equipment and supplies
- Proficiency in typing and data entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
