TITLE: Sales Rep

We are looking for a proven sales rep who is looking to grow in their career. The ideal candidate has a hunter mentality to go with excellent communication and follow up skills.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform outbound sales outreach to prospects utilizing phone calls, voicemails, and email techniques.
• Schedule meetings with prospects sharing with them how we are different and why they should work with us.
• Perform diligent post-conversation and post-meeting follow up.
• Research leads using a variety of both free and paid tools such as Zoominfo.
• Perform solution selling by taking a consultative approach.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma is required. Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with a proven track record of achieving goals.
• Exceptional interpersonal and speaking skills
• Must be intrinsically motivated
• Must be able to complete tasks with little to no direction, at times.
