Preparing and managing customer quotations.
Accurately processing incoming customer orders.
Responding to queries regarding pricing, product availability, and order status.
Acting as the main point of contact for daily customer inquiries.
Maintaining proactive communication on open quotes and opportunities.
Supporting the development and maintenance of long-term customer relationships.
Liaising with internal departments such as Credit Management and Customer Services.
Managing after-sales support (e.g. back orders, issue resolution) and administrative follow-up.
Using CRM and administrative systems to ensure records are accurate and up-to-date.
Proven experience in order processing, sales support, or inside sales.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
A customer- and service-oriented mindset.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work flexibly in a dynamic environment.

Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Representative for Citrix within the Infrastructure Business Unit, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and administrative processes from quotation through to order fulfillment. Working closely with Field Sales colleagues, you’ll ensure customers receive timely, accurate service and support.
You'll serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, handle pricing and product questions, and help identify sales opportunities. Collaboration with our Business Development Managers and other internal teams is essential to deliver a seamless customer experience.
