      About the Inside Sales Representative - Asana:

      In this role, you will be representing a world-class project management client with a focus on finding efficient paths to successful, profitable, long-term customers by building a user-driven marketing and sales engine. To do so, we employ a bottom-up enterprise sales model by helping many small, successful customers evolve into larger, strategic ones. We act as a key voice of the customer to the product team and help identify and overcome technical, educational, and competitive obstacles to our continued growth. As a company devoted to international expansion, we are focusing on accelerating growth within our key emerging markets in Europe.

      We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative who is driven, curious, and adaptable. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be the first sales contact that a prospect has. You will work in a high-velocity environment, driving revenue by enabling small businesses to succeed and grow. This is a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of sales and work with a product-centric team.

      Location: Ireland, Remote (At least once per month onsite in the Dublin office)

      What will you do?

      • Own and grow a book of business, managing both owned and freemium accounts, with a focus on converting, expanding, and showcasing the full value of our product suite

      • Engage and educate existing and prospective customers, clearly communicating product value and tailoring solutions to their needs

      • Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound and outbound leads from marketing and product-driven funnels, qualifying and progressing opportunities with speed and accuracy

      • Leverage each stage of the sales cycle to move deals forward—using a structured, repeatable process that supports both new customer acquisition and account expansion

      • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly targets, including revenue goals and qualified appointment metrics

      • Engage leads across multiple channels (phone, email, demo), with strong discovery, pipeline progression, and closing skills

      • Ensure pipeline accuracy and forecasting reliability by maintaining CRM discipline and clearly tracking stage-by-stage movement

      • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline processes, surface growth opportunities, and deliver high-value outcomes for customers

      • Identify areas for sales process improvement and contribute ideas to scale impact across the sales organization

      • Support lead routing and prioritization across multiple sales teams, managing demand from both new and existing customers

      Skills & Qualifications:

      • 2+ years’ experience in a sales-oriented role with a proven track record of success

      • Demonstrated success in a target-driven environment with a hunter mindset and ability to win new business and grow existing accounts

      • Native level fluency in English (Read, Write & Speak)

      • Skilled in full-cycle pipeline management, including stage progression, lead conversion, and accurate forecasting

      • Experience managing a high volume of leads, with strong discovery, qualification, and closing capabilities

      • Ability to set and follow repeatable sales processes to support efficient, scalable customer interactions

      • Proficient in Salesforce and/or other CRM tools

      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—independent, organized, curious, process-driven, and results-oriented

      • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver value to customers

      • Entrepreneurial spirit with adaptability to thrive in changing environments

      The pay for this position is basic salary per annum of €42,000 with an additional variable bonus component of €7,000.There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
