      Purpose:

      As the Inside Sales Representative on Edible Brands’ Sales team, you’ll play a key role in helping to launch and grow our new business gifting program. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with business clients, understanding their gifting needs, and recommending the right Edible solutions when gifting employees, clients, and partners. You’ll use data-driven outreach, a service-first mindset, and a passion for helping others to drive sales, create loyal customers, and establish the foundation for a scalable, high-impact B2B sales channel.

      Location: This position will work onsite Monday-Friday out of our Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA.

      Responsibilities:

      • Prospect and qualify new business customers through outbound calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
      • Use sales data and client insights to identify trends, think critically about new business opportunities, and creatively craft new outreach approaches or seasonal campaigns.
      • Present tailored sales proposals for client gifting needs such as employee appreciation, holiday gifting, client thank- yous , and event-based campaigns.
      • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal, including follow-up, negotiation, and coordination with fulfillment teams.
      • Develop and maintain a rolling sales pipeline, consistently working to move prospects through the funnel and increase conversion rates.
      • Meet and exceed monthly quotas for outreach activity, closed revenue, and repeat business from B2B customers.
      • Track all interactions and opportunities with high attention to detail and accurate forecasting.
      • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and the Innovation teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional client experiences.
      • Identify opportunities for recurring programs and annual gifting campaigns, converting one-time buyers into repeat corporate clients.
      • Represent Edible Brands' voice and values, delivering an experience that celebrates our clients and their gift recipients.

      Experience Requirements:

      • 1–3 years of B2B inside sales experience, ideally in corporate gifting, CPG, or a high-activity outbound sales environment.
      • Proven success managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals remotely via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
      • Hands-on experience tracking pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics.
      • Experience working in a startup, new business unit, or early-stage sales program with evolving processes is highly preferred
      • Exposure to building or refining sales processes, feedback loops, or playbooks to help shape a new sales operation from the ground up.
