      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet or exceed monthly sales growth goals for products and services through proactive outreach
      - Contact prospective customers via phone, e-mail, and direct mail to schedule appointments for sales representatives
      - Maintain and update a database of prospects, tracking key information about businesses and services
      - Collaborate with the Marketing department to develop vertical markets and sales initiatives
      - Train new hires on effective prospecting techniques and sales strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1+ years in sales and appointment setting
      - At least 6+ months of experience working with executives/decision-makers via phone
      - Strong knowledge of telecommunication products and services
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
      - Demonstrated attention to detail and general business acumen in previous work experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in developing and managing prospecting files for lead recovery
      - Effective business writing skills for correspondence with decision-makers
      - Familiarity with telecommunication industry trends and market dynamics
      - History of successful sales performance in a similar role
