      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet or exceed monthly sales growth goals for products and services through proactive outreach to small business customers
      - Schedule appointments for sales representatives by contacting prospective customers via telephone, email, and direct mail
      - Maintain and update a detailed database of prospects, including business details and contract expiration dates
      - Collaborate with the Marketing department to develop initiatives for vertical markets
      - Assist in training new hires on prospecting techniques and sales strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of experience in sales and appointment setting
      - 6+ months of experience working with executives and decision-makers via telephone
      - Knowledge of telecommunication products and services
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
      - Strong attention to detail and effective business writing skills for correspondence

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in developing vertical markets or working with specific industries
      - Familiarity with recovery strategies for older leads and strategic accounts
      - Demonstrated history of successful sales negotiations and contract management
