What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers within the assigned geographic region, building relationships through communication
- Manage leads received from various sources and qualify them before passing to the Sales Team
- Assist with maintaining customer mailing lists and account information in Salesforce.com
- Schedule training sessions and provide after-sales support for customers as needed
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the Sales Team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College or University Degree
- 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience in a related field
- Highly motivated and self-disciplined
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be bilingual (English/French)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce.com or another CRM
